ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
We promise to refund or exchange any FULL PRICE item purchased on our website which you are not 100% satisfied with provided that the item:
- is unworn (apart from trying it on)
- is returned with all tags still attached & in the correct packaging/jacket bag etc.
- is returned within 10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additional shipping costs may apply for replacement items on exchanges.
DELIVERY
You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days from payment being received if you live in New Zealand. Overseas customers should expect their orders in 5-14 working days.
Public holidays may cause some delay in shipping.
