Tucci Time Marylin paddock boots have elastic twin gore to allow easy entry and a zip closure for quick on/off, it ensures maximum comfort and encourages a correct heels-down position. The featherweight sole with aggressive profile favour a secure, yet comfortable, grip to the stirrup. Parcels sent on the standard air mail service ($20 international shipping option) are not tracked. Items sent under this option are done so at the risk of the customer and we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any order shipped under this option.
Parcels sent on the tracked air mail service ($40 international shipping option) will be sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to the customer when their order is fulfilled and the package has been sent. Customers will then be able to use this number to track the progress of their parcel prior to delivery.
Shipping times on international packages may vary between countries.
Please note that during busy times such as Christmas, courier and postal services can become over loaded and some delays are possible.
It is possible that we may be out of stock of certain items due to our in store ranges changing on a regular basis. Sometimes, high demand may mean that an item is out of stock before we can update our website. We will endeavour to fulfill all orders or will advise promptly if an item is out of stock and suggest alternatives if they are available.
RETURNS
We promise to refund or exchange any FULL PRICE item you aren't 100% satisfied with when you return it to us.
Provided that the item: - is unworn (apart from trying it on) & with tags attached - is returned within 7 days
